So I’ve had two separate jobs with them, one completely replacing an exterior back door and one temporarily removing a door frame from an interior door. Everyone is so kind, from the people who answer the phones, the techs that come out to the house, billing, etc. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and willing to explain everything. They are very accommodating with my schedule, communicate consistently, and both jobs were done very well! The prices, in my opinion, are also very fair. I did one financing, which was easy and had no interest for, I forgot how long, but a long enough time for me to pay off without paying any. the other one was out of pocket which I think was reasonably priced. I would def 10/10 recommend.

Payton and Junior came and repaired my door. It had shifted with the foundation and was very difficult to open, particularly for my elderly mother. When they were done it opened smoothly, locked easily and they replaced all of the weather stripping so there were no more leaks or lost AC. Every thing was cleaned up well afterwards. Would definitely recommend and will use again if I have any door needs.

Braedon & Adyn did an extremely professional and expedient job installing my new front door threshold, garage entrance threshold and back door threshold after I had a wood floor installed in my house (which raised the floor). Raising the floor, meant that the thresholds needed to be higher. They cut the door jams higher up and installed the taller thresholds. They also cut each door and installed door sweeps underneath each door to keep bugs and animals out. What I am amazed at is, how straight each threshold is, and how clean looking they all are! Truly professional! Additionally, these guys put up with me talking to them for three or four hours without complaining once! 😆 And they would say, sir.

Working with DFW Door Repair in February was AWESOME. We moved into a new house in January and immediately discovered there were gaps around our exterior doors, perfect to allow bugs, dirt, and wind inside. Upon contacting DFW Door Repair they responded quickly to get us measurements and a quote to replace six doors (two single doors and two sets of french doors).Our waiting time was only two weeks before the crew came out and knocked it all out in a single day. They reframed all of doorways (thanks to shifting foundation things were very askew) and installed our new doors in what felt like record time. When installation was complete, they made sure to clean up debris inside and outside the house, which was greatly appreciated.In the weeks since having the new doors installed, we've been so thrilled with this company and their work.
